Drunken Pumpkin Spice Latte

1 Because sometimes you just need a little bit of kick in your coffee…

As I stood at Starbucks on Monday morning ordering my PSL with my baby strapped to my body, spit up in my hair and day old mascara circling my eyes, I thought to myself “what I wouldn’t give for there be to a little bit of vodka in this coffee”…

And so became my Drunken Pumpkin Spice Latte

Can you imagine how pumped your friends and family will be when they show up to your house for Thanksgiving only to find out you’re serving SPIKED PSL’s? Try not to let the admiration go to your head. Here’s how to whip these up.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup milk of your choice
  • 1 pump Starbucks Dolce Cinnamon Syrup
  • 1/4 cup Rumchata
  • 2 Tbsp Pumpkin Pie Pinnacle Vodka
  • 1 cup brewed coffee of your choice
  • Optional : Whipped cream, sugar, ground cinnamon to taste.

Start by adding 1/4 cup milk, Rum Chatta, Startbucks Doce Cinnamon Syrup Vodka to a coffee mug. Slowly add 1 cup of coffee on top. If you want to be really fancy, you can slowly drip down a large spoon to separate it the same way your favorite barista does. Add Sugar, whipped cream and cinnamon if you prefer. Sit back and enjoy!

Kids Thanksgiving Day Crafts

This is the perfect Thanksgiving day craft to entertain the kiddos while the real turkey is cooking!

What you will need for the Popsicle Stick Turkey:

  • 3 Popsicle Sticks or a toilet paper roll
  • Glue
  • Construction paper
  • Black Marker
  • Hole Punch (optional- we use it to make the eyes!)

Start by painting or coloring your 3 popsicle sticks or toilet paper roll brown. For the popsicle stick turkeys,, glue into triangle shape and add the turkeys head by cutting out a brown circle from construction paper.

Flip over and add your wings and feet. No two turkeys or sets of wings are the same so make sure to make yours unique! Add different shapes and colors to your birds feathers! We used a black marker to add the feather details.

Then add eyes, beak, and toes! Fun tip- instead of buying the plastic eyes, simply use a hand hole punch  to cut two perfect circles out of white paper and use a black marker! So fun and so simple! Be sure to also check out the other popsicle stick fall crafts! Happy Crafting!
